By accessing or using the Aryaverse website (aryaverse.io) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

Aryaverse Technologies LLP provides enterprise-grade software development services specializing in artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Enterprise AI assistant and agent development
• Knowledge copilot and RAG pipeline engineering
• Smart contract development, auditing, and deployment
• Real-world asset tokenization platforms
• AI-powered Web3 product development
• Blockchain infrastructure and DevOps services

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements executed between Aryaverse and the client.

Our Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, diagrams, and software — is the property of Aryaverse Technologies LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Client Work Product

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, intellectual property rights for custom software, smart contracts, AI models, and other deliverables created under a client engagement transfer to the client upon full payment. Aryaverse retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies gained during the engagement.

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and information in a timely manner
• Ensure that any materials, data, or content provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule in the Statement of Work
• Not use our services or deliverables for any unlawful purpose

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, API keys, credentials, financial information, and any information explicitly marked as confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement for a period of two (2) years unless otherwise specified.

Aryaverse warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any defects identified within 30 days of delivery.

ARYAVERSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aryaverse Technologies LLP and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Use or inability to use our website or services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on our platforms
• Bugs, viruses, or errors transmitted through our website

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Payment terms are defined in individual Statements of Work or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences
• Invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• Aryaverse reserves the right to suspend work if payments are overdue by more than 30 days

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Aryaverse will deliver all completed work product and assist with a reasonable transition. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
